The staff was wonderful. Everyone always with a smile. We came for the beach and snorkeling and were not disappointed. I was unsure about the pontile to go snorkeling but it was great. No mad rush for sunbeds and umbrellas. Just had to pick our favorite spot. We had a small problem with our shower, and maintenance cleared up the problem immediately. Everything super clean. The food service was plentiful. Better quality than many other places we've stayed on the Red Sea. However, Italians are picky so I don't feel that I am able to judge fairly. I am looking forward to a return visit

the structure is very large and located in a privileged position directly on the sea and a few steps from Port Ghalib. It offers everything you could wish for during a holiday. There are many restaurants with a good selection of food suitable for international customers. The staff is all helpful and courteous considering the large number of guests present. We would like to thank in particular Mr. HAITHAM, customer service representative, who has always been very helpful in particular with my mother who is 88 years old and disabled, and also speaks several languages ​​well including Italian and English, he stood out for his education and great availability. Everything perfect. Personnel Is kind and professional but Farah Is special, find her in the SANDS Hall and you Will be treated as a king.. Food Is great at all times. Fun and entertaining, all Is great. And the location in Port ghalib Is something they only have. In the evening you can walk and shop at the Marina !! I can only suggest everyone tò come here.
